Subject: bursar-l: Question re: student refund policy in special cases
Good afternoon,
We are trying to determine whether we should institute a policy for
student account refunds in special circumstances such as illness or
death in the family. Currently the Conservatory's refund policy is - no
refund after 25 class days and fees are not refundable. Would anyone be
willing to share their policy?
