Good afternoon all! We are looking at utilizing the services of either
Nelnet or ECSI for our tuition payment plans, ePayments, eRefunds, etc.
Does anyone have any insights they would like to share regarding either
of these two companies--good, bad, indifferent, or. . . We would really
appreciate any input you all might have before making our final
decision. If you would like to reply to me personally, that would be
fine--I'll keep anything I receive confidential. Or if you're
comfortable replying to the list, that's fine, too.
