I am currently reviewing the collection activity of the office. I had
two questions that I would appreciate responses on:

1. What % of your institution's
tuition/fees/room/board revenue do you expense as bad debts annually?

2. What is the % of current student accounts
receivable that you reserve as uncollectible?
