 Those are still the applicable rules. The IRS released some Q & A's
last year that clarified a few points. Go to the Education Tax Credits

Just need an update: Haven't heard lately and hate to mention this four
letter word, but has there been any regulation changes in regards to the
1098s? Or are the rules and regulations the same since Dec. 2002?
