bursar-l: Staffing Model

Hi All
I need to submit staffing needs for projected enrollment growth. Is there a
model or formula for determining number of staff needed based on student
enrollment or other measurable variables? Even with improvements in
technology and other efficiencies, we continue to add special programs
requiring intense processing time.

Any assistance you can give me or ideas on who I might contact for this
would be very appreciated. Thank you....
