We also keep a log of all requests, reasons, disposition, etc in Excel.
We get about 400 requests per year.
Happy first day of Fall Semester (for us anyway...)

Subject: Re: bursar-l: Refunds for withdrawals
I am looking for some help from other campuses. Our campus has changed
the
way "medical withdrawals" are considered. I was wondering if any of
your
campuses have any written guidelines on the criteria used to decide if a
student who withdraws after the normal withdrawal date should get a
complete
or partial refund. So far we are only talking about withdrawing for
medical
reasons but are there other legitimate reasons for a student to withdraw
after the deadline and still get a refund? Where do you draw the line
between giving and not giving refunds in these cases?
Thank you in advance for your responses.
