We give tuition credit for medical withdrawal, no refunds.

We also give tuition credit or refund (student's choice) for students who are deployed to active military duty at any time during the semester. Our policies and procedures are attached for your information.

I am looking for some help from other campuses. Our campus has changed the
way "medical withdrawals" are considered. I was wondering if any of your
campuses have any written guidelines on the criteria used to decide if a
student who withdraws after the normal withdrawal date should get a complete
or partial refund. So far we are only talking about withdrawing for medical
reasons but are there other legitimate reasons for a student to withdraw
after the deadline and still get a refund? Where do you draw the line
between giving and not giving refunds in these cases?
