The University of California Riverside is seeking a Loan Collections
Supervisor.

Notes:

A career, full-time position. Schedule of hours is Monday-Friday, 8:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Possibility of travel and travel outside of normal
business hours.

Essential Functions:

Under general direction of the Associate Director, the Collections
Supervisor will plan, monitor, and oversee the daily operations of loan
receivables and collections. Responsible for setting of goals and
objectives for loan administration; and development and implementation
of plan to meet these goals. Other responsibilities will include campus
bankruptcy petitions; policy and procedure revisions; management of
default rates; recruitment, hiring, development, and performance
management processes for supervised positions; and liaison with other
campus departments or external agencies for loan and collection
administration.
