We are currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant.
The primary objective of this position is the management and collection
of defaulted student loans and delinquent accounts receivable and
tuition fee debts. This position works independently and requires a
working knowledge of standard collection practices including Fair Credit
Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Family
Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and The Gramm-Leach-Bliley
Act (GLB Act). This position supervises a staff of three in-house
collectors.
