Sorry for two questions in one day. I'm trying to get some anecdotal
information on damage deposits at institutions that have residential
campuses. Would you be willing to answer the following?:

1. Do you collect a damage deposit? YES

2. Is it a separate fee or is it incorporated into the room deposit?

3. How much is your damage deposit? $75
