The University of Northern Iowa sends only e-bills while students are enrolled (email notification that the bill may be viewed on-line).  The email is currently only going to the student, but students may authorize other parties to view their bill and we are working towards also sending e-mails to any authorized other parties.

We do this all in house.

Hello All:

I know this question has been asked in the past, but I was curious at the present time how many schools are:

Sending all bills electronically?

Sending Semester bills by mail and all follow-up bills electronically?

Sending notification that the bill can be viewed on-line?

If sending electronic semester bills or follow up bills – is it just to the student - or do you also send an email to a parent?

Thank you in advance for your response.
