For our Dual Credit students (high school students taking classes at the
high school but doing extra work to gain college credit), we do require
a parents signature. Beyond that, we do not.

We also require payment in full for DC students. If not paid in full, we
drop them. We do this because of the difficulty of trying to collect
from the minor.
