bursar-l: Financial Aid Refunds

I was curious what solutions schools are using to outsource financial aid refunds. I would like to find a vendor that would at a minimum:

a.) manage the direct deposit aspect, AND
b.) write and mail the paper check

So far, I have spoken with Higher One, NelNet, Sallie Mae, Touchnet and CashNet. Are there any other vendors out there? I would be interested in learning what some other options are.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
