Re: bursar-l: Housing Deposit?

At Aurora University we do collect a returning student housing deposit. It
is paid to the Bursar's Office but the Housing Office provides the
communication to the student. It is a non-refundable deposit and can only
be applied to the following years housing/board charges. If the student
later cancels, they forfeit the deposit. We collect $100. The student
has to take the receipt from the cashier to the housing office along with
their contract.
