bursar-l: Course Change Fee

We are converting to Banner this Fall. Currently we charge $15.00 per
session for adding or dropping classes after classes start. A student
can add/drop one or more per session. It is my understanding that
Banner can not support charging a course change fee. Is anyone charging
a course change fee? I would greatly appreciate any information.
