bursar-l: PayPal

Dear Colleagues,
 
Is anyone using Paypal for any college-related payment collection?
 
If so, please comment on the good, the bad and anything ugly.
 
We are considering Paypal for non-credit offerings. We have Touchnet for
our regular credit population, but since the non-credit population
typically does not have a college ID and PIN, they can't use Touchnet.
 
Thank you in advance for any insight you can provide.
