Last week we issued our RFP for e-billing/e-payment/e-refunds to a half
dozen vendors, including CashNet and TouchNet, and would be interested
in other schools' experiences. Our IT manager wants to avoid
customizations.

We are a PeopleSoft school.

This month Georgetown University is starting on our project to move from

SIS+ to Banner. We are looking at either CashNet or TouchNet to provide
the functionality that we do not see in Banner for our online ecommerce,
ebilling, online refunds, ACH disbursements, payment plans and
cashiering. GU heavily modified SIS+ and can do most if not all of the
previsiously stated items and we do not want to step backwards with
Banner. Any comments about either of the two mentioned products would
be very helpful?
