Subject: bursar-l: Non-payment cancellation

Greetings,

If you could take the time to answer a couple of quick questions, I
would greatly appreciate it.

Does your institution drop classes due to non-payment? Yes

If so, when does this occur? We do 2 drops. The first one is usually 3
weeks prior to the beginning of classes. In this one, students in
high-demand classes are dropped for non-payment. The second one is
after the Census date (3 weeks into the semester).

If students classes are dropped for non-payment, are they assessed any
tuition amount or is their tuition completely removed? Tuition is
completely removed as they are retro-actively dropped back to before the
beginning of classes.

Thank you in advance.
