We refund tuition and fees at 100% if the student does not get any
academic credit for the term. That goes for students who are in Reserves
or Guard who are deployed as well as students who enter the military
during the term.

This is required by the State University of New York (SUNY).

Subject: bursar-l: policy for students deployed during a school year

Hi everyone, If a student is deployed during the school year how do
others handle this? We're trying to set policy for this and are looking
for help. We know the federal aid policies, but are looking for some
examples of school policies regarding charges etc...
Thanks for any help you can give.
Charlene
