bursar-l: Drop/Adjustment Fee

The academic offices at our school are wondering if any schools charge a
"drop fee" or schedule adjustment fee?

For schools who do charge such a fee, how much is the fee? For my own
personal interest, I would like to know the logistics of the
drop/adjustment fee assessment.
