The following collection agencies currently are under contract to do
business with Florida's public universities:

* Conserve
* Enterprise Recovery Systems
* General Revenue Corporation
* Mercantile Adjustment Bureau
* NCO Financial Systems
* Todd, Bremer & Lawson
* Van Ru Credit Corporation
* Williams and Fudge, Inc.
* Windham Professional

All of the above agencies were selected after a very competitive,
rigorous RFP/review process.
 
Of these nine agencies, the University of Florida currently uses the
following four:

I would not hesitate to recommend either of these four agencies. We
have not had the opportunity to work with any of the others as our four
agencies meet our current needs in collecting delinquent student loans
and educational receivables.
