bursar-l: Banner and 1098 T Processing

Fellow Bursar and Student Accounts People -

I am sure that others are also dealing with the 1098T processing at
this time of the year, so I am hoping someone can help or point me in
the right direction. I am working in Banner 7.3, have ACS/TCRS as our
three party and have two problems:

1) Prior year scholarships are showing up in the Box 5 (Scholarships
and Grants) rather than Box 6 (Prior year scholarships and grants). I
have checked and rechecked my rules and have the correct terms in the
correct rules.
2) So far I have come across two alternative loans that are showing up
in Box 5, even though I have them in the Exclusion list in the rules for
Grants and scholarships. I have many other loans listed there as well,
but they are not showing.

Anyone that has time to reach out to me - it would be appreciated.
