I was asked to post the following, in the hopes of getting some info from all of you.
The University of Minnesota is looking to implement web chat functionality across the student financial services (student accounts receivable/financial aid) and registrar customer service area. Does anyone have web chat software that they use to communicate with and answer questions for students? If so, could you give me your contact info (name, institution, email, phone number) so I could ask you some more questions about it?
