We made e-billing mandatory the fall of 2004 (we had been providing both
electronic and paper bills for several years prior). The only thing I
will add to what previous people have written is this: While we did a
good job of getting the word to all students and to the parents of new
students through orientation efforts, I wish we had done a better job of
getting the word to the parents of returning students. It seems not all
returning students thought to inform their parents.
