Terri,
Our health fee is for use of our student health center on campus and
recreational facilities. So it is not for medical insurance as Anne Gross
has quoted in her e-mail. That is why we include it. We have since
changed the fee title to "Facilities Usage Fee" when we converted to
PeopleSoft. We also have a Student Health Insurance Fee which is for
medical insurance which I DO NOT include.

Re: Qualified tuition and fees
Terri,
We also have those mandatory fees. Yes, I included them in the qualified
tuition and fees figure for the 1098T.

Qualified tuition and fees
I am working on setting up our 1098T's for 2005 and have a question. We
have assessed new required fees this semester, one for activity fee and
one for health fee. I was wondering if other schools included them with
their qualified tuition and fees since they are a required fee.
Any input is appreciated!
