Remote Deposit Service

Good afternoon, I was hoping to learn more information on Remote Deposit
Service offered thru Bank of America. I am sure they are not the only
bank offering this service.
 
Is anyone using this service?
If yes, what types of checks are you processing (i.e. tuition, gifts)
Are you processing tuition checks as ACH or checks?
Have you had any problems with the system?
How often do you shred the checks?
