Good afternoon colleagues in Bursar Land:
I would like to know if anyone out there already has or planning to
write a manual of policy and procedures for your Student Account Office

or Bursar's Office and if you are you willing to share a copy.
I also want to know if anyone knows of an outsource that publish or
assist colleges in writing said manuals.
I will appreciate a response to my query. A free lunch if you are ever
in New York is my offer for your compliance.
