I was wondering how other institutions handle adding collection costs for student receivables. Since many states require signed agreements by debtors before collection costs can be added, do you have students sign a payment agreement upon enrollment or at other times? Also, can anyone provide me with a copy of your payment agreements that state collection charges may be added? I appreciate any help. Thanks.
