This happened to me recently. I was able to prove the accuracy of the
actual tuition revenue reported, and we are now scrutinizing the process
used to "project" revenue based upon enrollment figures. I argued that any
such "projection" does not accurately capture withdrawals or drops in a
percentage refund period, since enrollment is a point-in-time
representation and doesn't reflect the dynamics of the actual assessment
process. I'll let you know if we come up with a better method for projection!
