Addl Online Payment Processing

I have a few additional questions for the list serve: Can you tell me:

a. Cost to the parent (student) for the "convenience" of
using CC online processing or Third Party

b. Cost to the University for outsourcing the service

c. Timing of when the university actually receives $ (how
long does it take to get their hands on the money) :-)
