Student Statements

We have had a lot of students this semester that need a personalized
letter on letter head with all of their charges listed to get money out
of their 401K. They have needed Tuition, fees, books and meals included
on the letter. We have always given letters from our office for tuition
and fees but never for books and meals since we do not know the actual
charges for these items. We also have never but these on letters as
estimated expenses. We do have a generic estimated expense sheet that
Financial Aid provides, which we put on letterhead, but the students and
parents are telling us that it will not work. I was wondering if anyone
would be willing to share what your University provides.
