Student Accounts Policies and Procedures/Time Line

Hello Listserv!
I am currently in the process of reviewing our Policies and Procedures
Manual for Student Accounts. I want to be sure I am covering al areas. Does anyone
have an outline for what a Student Accounts Policies and Procedures Manual
should entail?
Furthermore, is anyone willing to share their Student Accounts Time
Line/Activities for an academic year?
