Subject: Financially responsible party

We are a private institution and currently require a parent or guardian
to complete a form accepting financial responsibility for their student.
The bills are then sent to the billing (responsible) party. We do not
allow students to sign unless they are officially independent of their
parents. What are other schools doing?

1. Are you a private or state school? State

2. Do you require a parent or guardian to accept financial
responsibility? No

3. Do you send bills to the parent or to the student? Student

Thanks for your input.
