Clarkson University's policy is our mandatory fees are pro-rated the same
percentage as our tuition using our refund policy.

Fees

We currently charge an activity fee and a technology fee to our
students. If the student withdraws, these fees are non-refundable. I am
trying to find out how other schools handle this.

Are your fees built into your tuition?

If you do charge separate fees, are they non-refundable or are they
pro-rated if a student withdraws?
