Jonee:
We have hundreds of special course fees at Ohio. Attached is the form our
departments use when submitting a fee proposal. Currently, all fees are
reviewed by our President's Cabinet which consists of our President and his
direct reports (Provost, Vice Presidents).
Departments are responsible for tracking the revenue and expenditures
resulting from the fee. They report to the Provost, but I'm not sure of
the exact procedure used.
Hope this helps.
