Hello,
Does anyone know of state or professional associations that have studied
staffing levels in the Bursar's area and has prepared any kind of standard
staffing models for use by its members and if so would be willing to share
that data? (for example, for Fin. Aid. NASFAA, publishes a staffing model
that estimates the number of staff needed to run a financial aid office
based on the number of students and number of dollars awarded from federal
and institutional funds).
In addition, would anyone be willing to share their staffing levels for
professional and non-professional staff in comparison to enrollment at
their institutions?
