Mechanics of Tuition Variable Pricing

I need some direction. I need to understand the mechanics of Tuition
Variable Pricing. Any schools out there who practice Tuition Variable Pricing? Once
the pricing strategy is finalized, who--at an institution--is involved in
implementing the mechanics of it?
