Pam,
Have your Admission's people contact ours at Goucher about our
Enrollment Agreement. I never hear of any negative feedback from the
students or their parent(s) who also sign it.

I know that it has made my job easier, especially if I have to send an
account to collections.

Subject: Agreement for Enrollment

I would like to know what schools are doing, or if they are doing, the
following:

Do you send an Agreement for Enrollment out to the students for
signature stating certain conditions for enrollment i.e.
responsibility for charges, authorizing the use of excess Fin Aid for
other than allowable charges, responsible for collection costs if
applicable, etc.

If you do, when is this sent and how?

Who is it returned to and who monitors?

Who signs it: student &/or parent? Any issue using hard copy signature
vs electronic?
Or do you have an online acceptance of this agreement when they try to
register and they must accept the conditions before they can proceed?

Can you fax a copy of your agreement to my attention (Pam J
757-221-3323 or send by attachment pjjohn@wm.edu)?

We have struggled with this before. Admissions didn't like to send it
out with the deposit request because of the detail info and the
'negative' feel.

(Thanks to J Strickler from Goucher who sent me theirs a couple months
ago!)

Thanks,
