2/18/05 regarding President Bush's budget proposal "... eliminating the
Perkins Loans and requiring colleges to return the federal share of the
money they use to make new Perkins Loans to students from low- and
middle-income families."

There will be three speakers at FABSAA's Annual Conference in Orlando,
March 29-31 who will be addressing these issues, including Gail McLarnon
and Brian Kerrigan from the Office of Postsecondary Education, United
States Department of Education and John Lynch, President of ECSI
