The Florida Association of Bursars and Student Accounting Administrators is
proud to announce the Third Annual Conference to be held March 29 - 31, 2005
at the beautiful Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Florida.
FABSAA's Annual Conference is the premier event in the State of Florida
covering current issues related to those working in the Bursars and Student
Accounting and Collection Offices.
Program Highlights
* Experience "Success Skills for the 21st Century," by David
Eastman. Mr. Eastman is a nationally known motivational speaker delivering
an engaging overview of business insights for "wow" customer service and
reveals how we are on the laughing edge.
* Hear national experts on financing higher education speak on key
issues of the day, including access and the tension between the two federal
loan programs.
* Choose sessions covering interesting topics that focus on the path
to success in Student Financial Services, including a session on "How to
Bill Uncle Sam" for student tuition and fees, as well as a session on
processing payments using VISA's POS Check System.
* Find common ground through interactive sessions and roundtable
discussions over lunch.
* Relax and enjoy yourself while making valuable connections with
colleagues at Universal Studio's City Walk included in our Conference Fee,
Tuesday evening. (Must be at least 21 years old to participate.)
