Lou,
In the IMBC set up screen, you can enter a cut-off date. This will prevent
anything with a due date beyond the cut-off from being invoiced to the
student's account. Also on billing tables in RGRT you can enter the end
date for the billing table. I enter the end dates of the current year until
I get the next billing table ready. Once I have that ready, I update the
RGRT with the new rate table and the start date for that rate table and then
enter a new end date (usually end of the Spring Semester).
Hope this helps,
Anita Holmgren

Hello Datatel/Colleague system users.
I would like to know how does your school over rides the autobiller
process when you wish to register students early for an upcoming
academic year but do not have the new tuition and fees ready or approved
to input into the autobiller.
Thanks
lou Seda
