1098T reporting requirements

    Hello All,

    Where on the web can I find the latest regulations regarding the reporting
    requirements for the 1098T?

    I've got a copy of the Federal Register from 12/26/02, but is that the
    latest information?

    The production of the 1098Ts has unexpectedly fallen to me this year and I
    am trying to bring myself up to speed as we have never reported amounts
    before.

    Can anyone recommend a good source of information that I can turn to to
    review the requirements?
