    The easiest method is to report BOX2, amounts billed for QTRE. If you are
    using Banner, SCT no longer supports BOX1 so you only have one option -
    report BOX2.

    A good rule of thumb for scholarship/grant is to consider report anything
    that does not have to be paid back; i.e., Pell, etc.
