    If you could, I have three questions: 1) Are we to report State
    Instructional Grants and Part-Time State Instructional Grants in Box 4 even
    though they are recorded as on-behalf payments by the Institution? 2) Is
    anyone including Grants and Scholarships that have been administered and
    processed by their respective Foundations? 3) Is tuition remission to be
    reported as a Grant and Scholarship or a s a reduction of Qualified Tuition
    Expense (relating to amounts billed). Thank you so much for your time.
