Senior Financial Analyst
Responsibilities: Prepare cash flow forecasts, analyze financial
projections, and prepare a variety of financial analyses. Help prepare,
analyze, monitor and report on the University budget. Respond to
requests for data from various individuals and organizations. Work
closely with the Director of Financial Affairs, the Budget Director and
the SIU President’s Office.
Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Excel and to
produce analytical and written reports. Bachelors degree required
(Masters preferred) in a major that develops computational, analytical
or planning skills, plus three years experience in related positions.
Experience and education in Accounting or Finance is preferred. Ability
to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience with the
financing of large projects and with Oracle database ad-hoc reporting is
preferred but not required.
