We would appreciate a response to a quick question. If your
institution has implemented electronic bill presentment, do you have
any problems with mass emailing? We have heard of problems where ISPs
reject mass emails because they believe they are junk emails, which,
of course, would defeat the purpose. Also, are you notified if an
email is rejected and what do you do with those incorrect email
addresses? Thanks so much for your help.
