    Good morning,

The University of Colorado at Boulder publishes the following agreement
    to pay:

"When you register as a student at the University of Colorado at
Boulder, you are agreeing to pay all charges on your tuition and fee
account when due. You also acknowledge that failure to make a required
payment by the stated deadline can result in late payment and service
charges, inability to register for a future term, and/or withholding of
    a transcript and/or degree."

We publish this information on our website, in the Registration Handbook
    and Course Description Catalog.

Please let me know if your school:

1.) Publishes an agreement to pay?
2.) Publishes an agreement to pay on the admission application?
3.) Requires the student's signature on an agreement to pay? How often
    in the student's career?
4.) Requires some sort of agreement (either signature or clickable
acceptance when registering on the web) PRIOR TO registration?
5.) Please tell me the name of your school and
    6.) Your school's enrollment

    Thank you for your help.
