does anyone out there in bursar land know if it is a requirement that
we send a statement to bill payers showing they have paid their bill
in full? in other words, if a student is sent a bill for $500 and the
student pays the $500 by the due date, are we obligated to send the
student another statement showing the balance paid and the amount due
zero? thanks for your insights.
