student payment policies

    We are considering strengthening our student payment policies and I'd like
    to know how you are handling the following:
     
    1. Do you delay issuing credit balance refunds to students (from Financial
    Aid awards) until after the end of your Add period?
     
        If NO, have you ever considered doing this?
     
        If YES, how long have you been doing this and how is it working?
     
    2. Do you charge a late fee on outstanding student account balances?
     
        If YES, would you be willing to share a copy of your policy and/or the
    information you share with students about this?
