Hello out there in Bursar Land!
I was just tasked with two assignments from our Administration to come up
with a refund schedule for online courses and an incentive plan for
students making tuition payments early..please help by answering the
following questions! Your feedback is appreciated.
1. Do you have a different published refund policy for on-line courses? Is
so..what is your policy?
2. Does your school offer any discount-incentive for paying before the
deadline dates?
